2. Returns policy
If you are not happy with your purchase from the Adventurer’s Loot Website, you can return or exchange it, or have it repaired in accordance with the terms below. You must provide proof of purchase to make a claim and Adventurers Loot reserves the right to decline an exchange, refund or repair where a fault is caused by misuse or neglect.

Once your order has been returned to us we will advise our payment gateway provider that the goods have been returned. Refunds would be issued in accordance with our payment gateway’s Refunds & Returns Policy.
3. Australian Consumer Law Consumer Guarantee Rights
Goods purchased from this Website come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
For goods, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
