Refunds, Returns Or Exchanges

If for some reason you are not 10)% happy with your purchase, please reach out to us via Email, our Contact Us Form or Messenger.  Our policy regarding our returns, refunds and exchanges is outlined below.


Returns Policy

Adventurer’s Loot has a return period of thirty (30) days from purchase. To be eligible for a return, your purchased products must be in as-new condition and must also be in the original packaging.

Returns must be shipped to the below address at the purchaser’s cost:

WA, 6162

In order to process your return, you will need to get in contact with us using the same email address used to place your order.

Refunds Policy

Once we receive any returned items, you will be notified of their receipt and they will be assessed against the reason for return. If everything matches up we will process a refund for the cost of goods using the same payment method as the original payment, within 3 working days.

Any and all shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges Policy

If you require an exchange for a defective product, your replacement goods will be shipped once the returned items have been received and assessed. No shipping costs will be charged to the customer for the shipping of replacement goods.
